Fixed interest rate 10% pa 
+ Credit for events and retreats 5%
= Total earnings: 15%

Option 2
Fixed interest rate 5%
+ Credit for events and retreats 10%
= Total earnings: 15%

Minimum investment term length: 12 months, with options to extend.

All investments can be secured to the properties equity as a second mortgage
